These terms govern your customization of packaging materials, requests for product samples, and placement of bulk manufacturing orders through our platform.

Accounts & Access

To access certain features of our website, including saving product designs and placing orders, you may be required to create a verified user account.

• You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials.

• You must provide accurate, current, and complete registration information.

• You are solely responsible for all activities, transactions, and customization submissions made through your account.

• You may request account deletion by contacting our support team or through the account settings section, if available.

Product Customization

Fresio provides standard design configurations, custom layout previews, botanical extract customization options, and ingredient labeling services.

When uploading logos, text, graphics, or other content for customization:

• You represent and warrant that you own or have the necessary rights, licenses, and permissions to use all uploaded logos, trademarks, designs, and content.

• Fresio reserves the right to reject, remove, or refuse any design that infringes intellectual property rights, contains unlawful material, or is deemed offensive or inappropriate.

Samples & Bulk Orders

Our ordering process includes two levels of commitment:

Sample Orders

Sample orders are intended to help customers evaluate packaging styles, bottle shapes, and print quality before placing a larger order.

• Sample order charges are fixed.

• Sample orders are non-refundable unless otherwise stated.

Bulk Manufacturing Orders

Production of bulk orders begins only after:

• Design approval and sign-off.

• Payment confirmation.

• Final quality verification.

Due to the customized nature of packaging products:

• Bulk orders cannot be modified, canceled, or refunded once production has commenced.

• Delivery timelines are estimates and may vary depending on order quantity, customization requirements, material availability, and shipping destination.

Intellectual Property

All website content, software, interface designs, layouts, text, graphics, packaging templates, and proprietary materials are the exclusive property of Fresio and are protected under applicable intellectual property laws.

Your use of the website grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license solely for the purpose of customizing and ordering products through Fresio.

You may not:

• Copy, reproduce, distribute, or modify website content without written permission.

• Reverse engineer or attempt to extract source code or proprietary assets.

• Use Fresio's intellectual property for any external commercial purpose.

Liability & Disclaimers

All services and information provided by Fresio are offered on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis.

While we strive to ensure accurate digital previews, actual printed products may vary slightly in color, alignment, or appearance due to differences in screen calibration, printing processes, and material characteristics.

Fresio shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages arising from:

• User-submitted content or customization errors.

• Delays in manufacturing or delivery.

• Marketing, labeling, or ingredient information provided by the customer.

• Any loss of business, revenue, or profits resulting from the use of our services.
